No Trailer, boat, RV, or oversized vehicle parking permitted. Parking is not assigned – general parking only. Covered parking available first-come, first-served basis. EXTRA AMENITIES & IMPORTANT GUEST INFO: Guests of Seawind must wear wristbands during their stay. Bands will be in the condo upon arrival. Complimentary TV package, free WiFi. full laundry room w/ full-sized top-load washer/dryer w/in 1407. Complimentary starter set ONLY paper goods, soaps, etc provided for guests’ convenience for first-night stay. Arrive to a clean bed w/ our “100% Guaranteed Fresh Crisp White Linens” provided w/ every stay. Plush white towel sets & of course, our standard white-glove clean will ensure you have nothing to worry about upon arrival & only lazy days of fun ahead! Should any SoLux guest arrive to anything less, we ask that you inform us so that we may send our tradesman to take care of the issue immediately! Door entry & instructions will be provided by email 1 day before check-in.
