Unit 1409 at Seawind has been completely updated and furnished! All new flooring, paint, furniture!!! The kitchen has beautiful solid wood cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances…it is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. A very large laundry room is found off the kitchen with a full sized washer and dryer. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a large HDTV and Smart BluRay DVD player. The living room overlooks the beach and has access to the gulf front deck. The dining room table sits 6 with more seating found at the kitchen bar.
All bedrooms, living room and bunk room are equipped with HDTV’s and BluRay DVD players with access to streaming apps. The master and guest baths are both large and very luxurious with granite counters.

Bedding arrangements (sleeps up to 10):
Master: King sized bed, private bath, gulf front deck access
Guest 1: King sized bed, semi-private bath
Guest 2: Queen over queen bunk bed
Living Room: High quality, double stacked queen sized air mattress with internal pump provided for extra sleeping arrangement. *Not a sleeper sofa, but much more comfortable!*

One parking pass is included per reservation. You may purchase one additional parking pass for $30 plus tax. Two parking pass max.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.
WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
