The Seawind complex was built in 2006. Our condo is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom on the 7th floor (unit #707). We own 706 next door as well for guest who are vacationing with extended family or friends. Great views of the Gulf of Mexico are available from the spacious balcony. The unit is professionally decorated and ready for your enjoyment. Living room and Master bedroom both have sliding glass doors that lead onto the balcony. Kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances with granite countertops. The condo features include 9 feet ceilings with crown moulding and ceramic tile floors in kitchen, halls and baths. There is a laminate wood floor in the rest of the condo. The condo is equipped with a full size washer and dryer for your convenience in the laundry room. There is a new King size bed and a Beautyrest hybrid mattress in the master bedroom, a queen size bed, with a Beautyrest hybrid Pillowtop mattress in the guest room, the third bedroom is great for kids with a twin size bunk bed . The master bedroom, and living room and the guest bedroom all have a flat screen TV . The third bedroom /bunk room has a small TV as well.
The complex has a huge exercise facility that overlooks the gulf. The condo also has an indoor/outdoor pool, zero entry kids pool and a hot tub and sauna. The property is located on East Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores, just 1/2 mile from Highway 59.
